we received a letter that monies were owed. the next day I called to straighten the matter out. A young lady answered the phone. I explained the situation. she referred me to a supervisor named Tim. I explained I had a document from the said company they were representing that exonerated me from any monies owed. He said, "Send me the phantom letter." I replied, "Phantom letter, are you calling me a liar?" He, immediately replied, "Yes!". I asked how he could he have the audacity to talk like that? I explained moste people don't respond to collection letters. I called immediately, voluntarily, and respectively to straighten out the matter and you call me a liar, how dare you. He hung up the phone. I called back five times and demanded someone of authority to talk to. they would just hang up on me .It a very humiliating experience. they are disgusting low-lifes.
