Cap auto repossessed my car and I have paid everything that was owed and new insurance and personal references. I was told this is what was needed in order for them to release my car back to me. Now they will not return my calls and have not released my car. Every day, a storage fee is charged by the repo man & I am screwed. I am now current in payments with new insurance and only owe $900 now (3 payments). this is the most screwed up company I have ever dealt with.

[Loan Paid in full now

AUTHOR: Janice - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 15, 2006

Clarification- the 900 dollars owed was the balance of the loan. I paid all the PAST DUE AMOUNT in full but still owed 900 (3 payments).

They did release my car but what an ordeal I had to go through. I live in the Los Angeles county and the repo man took my car to a storage yard in the same vicinity. The exact day I paid the past due amount and cap one "released my car to me" they had an auto moving company take my car to San Diego (a 2 hour drive)

well, i had no car to get there so i yad to take a train and a trolly, 2 buses and had to walk about a mile on a dirt road just to get to the auction yard that they took my car to. I did get it back and have since paid my loan in full.

Now my dilema is they mailed my certificate of title to me a week ago and I still have not got it in the mail. i am giving 2 more days & if not received by then i will call them.
