From day one there was "Red Flags" poping up everywhere... the problems with this company they like to lie to cover up...the our mistakes...but do not want to correct them. They make the consumer pay dearly... They excessively harrass you until you pay them...and lie about giving you extentsions to bring accounts current....the account never has been right from day one.
I could not continue with the lies, the promises that say to help the consumer which was myself. Due to health issues with my daughter ,we "Volunitary" turn the car in on "Medical" reasons only. Billing date issuses..false promises to help bring account current. The charged excessive late fees after making arrangements. Capital One Auto Finance is Horrible.

Problems From Day One?
AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

Maybe you should have been making payments ON TIME from day one! Then you wouldn't be complaining about collections calls, late fees, making payment arrangements and on and on. By the way, there is no "medical reason" which covers up a REPO. A voluntary REPO has the same affect as any other REPO and no matter how you try to spin this, YOU turned on the collection calls and no doubt all the confusion about payment due dates because of YOU asking for them to "work with you". Oh by the way, I don't work for them. Enjoy walking!
