CApital One Mann Bracken - Fradulent bank activity Industry, Richmond, VA , California

I was using a debt service after 9-11 affected my business with my credit card company at the time Capital one. I made arrangements to pay off the debt with Mann Bracken their attorney would they stated went under and no longer in business. I faithfully made all payments and one day I received a notice that I was being sued for the money I paid to them. I went to court to defend myself to present the judge my evidence and records and that went fine on my behalf. But what they did was damaging as I will go on. They claimed that Mann Bracken left them in a mess with missing checks and such and two of the last checks I paid to them they stated were lost with Mann Bracken. They then told me and Judge Hunter who heard this case at the Hayward Courthouse that they wished to pay the stop payment fee's for those missing checks they claimed they didn't have and for me to pay them in full that day which I did. Then on Oct 4th, 2010 Capital one deposited both those missing checks into my bank account and cashed them for 1000.00! Their attorneys Hunt and Enriques who took over for Mann Bracken called me after I made a phone call to Capital one and thier office to get my funds back and Michael Hunt stated he felt bad and would make sure I got my funds back. Well I went to court today and they sent this attorney Sharrow or whatever his name was to the Ex parte I filed with that same court room and he ended up wishing to only pay me 970 back and not my damages. I am taking this to small claims now because they wasted my day and I don't have the time to beg for my money. I looked up today the secretary of state for agent for service. I didn't see it there. Any of you that know it please forward to that me so I can get my money back WITH INTEREST..... I am not playing with this company. I warned them.
