I have a secured credit card with Capital One. I track my account balance daily and I always strive to have a zero balance so that my credit score with increase. Payments are due on the 21st of the month. On 9/21 I checked my balance and it was zero, as it should be. Then today, two days later I see a charge and a notation that the payment was due two days ago! Two days ago when it was due my account was zero. Now it will appear that I didn't make a payment on time and reflect on my credit. This is not the first time this has happened. Capital One is playing fast and loose with my credit and this is totally unacceptable!
