Capital One my card stolen and cap one said it was me. also the police got the guy.and he is in court on 3/17/08 for thismatter cap one went 2500.00 to 3800.00 dollers and said it was me ,thay want me to pay 1700.00 Richmond Virginia

cap one wiped c/c back to "o" and close Acc, cleared my name and all c/c reporting co's said i owe nothing. but the xroom mate is stalling the court in stoughton ma, this happen in 08/04/07 his next date in court is 04/28/2009 at 900am he has been had the case continued for over a year now with a pre-trial conference with 15 counts and still owes me over $6,200.00plus Att, fees now to clear my name that cost me $4250.00 so now it is $10,450.00 that this conman costme and now he is coning the stoughton district court. and the banks this is why the usa is in money lostes conmen have rights. we new laws to put conmen behind bars to stop them.

i won i owe nothing sue them all so sue option one thay are just as bad take them to court get a finding and then you can go after them do not give up sue sue you will win
