Capital Vacations ripoff - Debited my account but never sent package. St Petersburg Florida

I was solicited by a telemarketer and told I would recieve a vacation package in 7 - 10 days to review for two weeks. She said the two week trial would not start until after the 7 - 10 day mailing period and then I could cancel if I didn't like it.

My account was debited in 10 days for 59.95 causing my account to be overdrawn and I never got the package. I called and only got a recorded message from a system that recognized my phone # and I selected the prompt for "have not recieved you packet." The recording announced I would recieve it in 14 days.

I decided to call back and select the prompt to cancel and the recording announced I was cancelled and would recieve a full refund to my account ending in #####, in 24 hrs.

I decided to do an internet search and found all the complaints on this site. If the money is not refunded to my account as promised, I will call the president's # found on this site.
