Capital first fraudulent ripoff business Miami Florida

On May 16, 2002 a representative from Capitalfirst,Tracy Francis rep # 4131tf,called me. She stated that she could help me rebuild my credit & get a credit card. They sent me a packet in the mail for a 7 day free trial of the benifits. Before I received the packet in the mail they had already took the $99.95 membership fee and the $59.95 processing fee for the credit card I never received.

I tried calling them & the phone was always busy. By the time I did reach someone the trial period had passed. On April 18,2003 I tried to call them to cancel my membership before the 12 month period was up. I tried for two days and the line was always busy, then I tried their website and it doesnot exist. Thats when I found out that this is a RIPOFF company. And i still did not get my credit card.
