Capital First screwed others too Miami Florida

It seems that CapitalFirst is really good at playing hide and seek with money . I , too , was ripped off by them and am having a hard time getting my money back .

They had assured me that I had 7 days after getting my packet of information to decide whether I wanted to keep the "services" or not . I got my packet on May 27 , and the money was taken out of my account on May 28 . Not quite seven days !!

When I went to my bank , they told me that I was at least the fourth person that had been in that week with the same problem . The bank tried reversing the charges , but that wouldn't work , either .

I was led to believe that this was a real mastercard , and since I am trying to rebuild my credit , this sounded like a dream come true - turns out it is a heck of a nightmare !

I have been fighting since May to get my money returned , but they keep telling me that they haven't gotten my letters that I have been sending them . Since the company I work (worked ?) for has filed bankruptcy , I am out of income and seemingly out of at least $160 to this rip-off company .
