PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMER, AND ACT LIKE PEOPLE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO FALL ON HARD TIMES, THE MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO GIVE SOMETHING OUT THAT SAID PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS ARE A PRIVLEDGE! I LET THE MANAGER KNOW THAT MY PAYMENT WOULD BE LATE AND SHE SAID IT WAS OK AND THAT SHE WOULD WORK WITH ME, I WAKE UP TO GO TO WORK ON FRIDAY AND MY CAR IS GONE, I BET IF I WAS THE SNEAKY TYPE THAT WAS INTO HIDING THE CAR THEY WOULD HAVE WORKED WITH ME, BUT ID RATHER BE HONEST AND LET THE MANAGER KNOW WHATS GOING ON, I GUESS BEING HONEST DOESNT ALWAYS PAY
IRATE CUSTOMER

Consumers have responsibilities too!

First of all, as background, I have almost 30 years of experience in the finance/banking industry. I am always taken aback at the response of some consumers who blame everone for their issues except for themselves.
Secondly, whether it seems harsh or not, payments plans are not a "right"; you signed a contract with specific performance terms and the holder of the contract is entitled to expect you to perform in accordance with the contract YOU signed.
Finally, it is hard to take any complaint seriously when you fail to sign your name to it.
