Car Zone Sold me a crap car, caused me missed time off work and still repossessed the car Austell Georgia

I was on my 3rd card with thus crap dealership. This is not anything I am making up. My first car was an HHR and they did pretty good by me on that one. My salesperson made sure I was taken care of and he always had me contact him if I needed anything. I didn't understand at first but bow I totally get it. My second car was a Mazda and it had been bank financed. I traded up my first cat for this one. Both were bank financed. Well a year later I went through a rough patch and lost my second car. Well when I went back to them they financed me as a buy here pay here and put me in Chrysler Pacifica.  From the onset I wasn't happy but I knew it was only for a period of time. There were many issued with the car and I brought it to their attention over ans over again.

Check engine light, poor gas mileage ans acceleration, shaking and spinning, horrible tires, alignment needed. They pretended to get the car fixed and lied to me over ans over again about what they were going to do. They pawned my repairs off on the warranty company. When I went to get it repaired there was a 100 deductible.  I wasn't a stranger to it because I had had my second car fixed through the warranty because they refused to fix something that was a technical service bulletin on the car. I found a place to fix the car and i was making pickup payments to them regarding the car. Shortly after getting the car all kinds of things begin to happen.

I would communicate with them what was happening and they would make arrangements but they never communicated with each other.  I took my car to them in tears because I was unhappy about my vehicle and the agreed to fix it and put me in a loaner. The next day, the loaner they put me in had the alternator go out in the middle of a bust interstate. The owner left me sitting there for hours and told me he had no one to come and get me. When I attempted to get reimbursed for the tow, he was more concerned about how much that would costs as opposed to if I were safe or not. When I got there, he was afraid to deal with me and he left. He didn't apologize. He only asked how I was feeling. And that was it.wjen I got my car bavk after 2 days, they had only fixed a motor mount.

Ironically, my car was asking worse than ever. When I finally had to break down and get it fixed, I told them I couldn't pay on my balance because I was busy getting the car fixed. No one reached out to me. Instead, they waited until I repaired it to come and repossess it. He had someone to come get it but had no one to come and get me from the side of the road. I'm letting them keep the piece of crap car and I'll dispute the charges on my debit card and let them figure it out. My 3rd car in.... they didn't care about me or my repeat business. I'm telling every one don't buy a car from these ppl. They are ripoffs.  They cater to a certain demographic and they won't sell nice cars to minorities unless you have an outlandish down payment. They are users and they sell LEMONS!!! all they do is lie. 1500 on a 2006 pacifica because they put me in what they wanted me to be in.
