I bought a ford f-350.2003. The windshield was cracked, there was no dipstick for the oil, and the right front bearings made a grinding, pounding noise. He said whats your phone number' i'll call you back. He didn't. I stopped there twice more, but he just said Yep. I gotta fix those. I waited 3 months, and called him. nothing was ever done.
