We do advertise payments of $99.00 a month with approved credit, and one must qualify: "see dealer for detail". There is no claim that we sell all vehicles for that amount, or do we claim that we can sell all the vehicles for that amount. In reference to Mr Hagle, Mr Hagle picked an 06 Dodge Magnum. Due to his credit issue, and under the bank financing terms, Mr Hagle wasn't qualified for $99.00 a month. However, we did work hard to find a way to secure short term financing for him. Within one hour after he left, his wife Mrs Hagle called in Car Zone, and used improper language with our employee who was trying to help her secure financing.
Finally, our disclaimer in the advertising -"see dealer for detail"- is clear. WE DO NOT LIE TO ANY CUSTOMER !! At the opposite, we try to go above and beyond with them helping them secure financing for an affordable automobile. Please feel free to contact us anytime.
