Care Credit - GE Moneybank Ripoff charge all finance charges (over $1500) on promo for a late payment Nationwide

This company is trying to tell us that even though we paid them all that we borrowed, plus late fees, prior to the Promotional Expiration Date, we must still pay the accrued finance charge. This amounts to over $1500 in charges for a late fee.

The "call center" person told us we could talk to no one in a higher position than her. We couldn't dispute this with anyone, only her.

They waited until 1 month before the Promotional Expiration Date to cancel the promotion on us and add the $1500 in finance charges. This is crazy.
