I have a mentally challenged son that stopped in to this location. They sold him a 2008 Hyundai Elantra with 125,106 miles back in the end of March of 2016. They charged him $11,826.93. With $4,356.42 in interest. That is 20.90% interest rate. This is August 6th 2016, and I checked the value of this car, and it is valued at $5,325.00 with an estimated payment of $106.00.
Carhop wants $98.00 per week! I could of bought him a NEW car with a payment of half of that! Back in 2008 this car new was $13,990. In less that a week the A/C quit, and they would not fix it! He just brought me his paperwork this weekend. I will be checking with the Attorney General of MN on this! I would recommend to stay clear of this location!

The attorney general cannot assist you because the dealer is under no obligation to sell the vehicle at or below market value.
What are the terms of the written warranty? Has the seller violated the terms of the purchase agreement?
