Caribbean Cruise Line offered a cruise package, in which I bought for about $500 for two people for 3 days, 2 nights.  I was unable to make the reservations I wanted and time was running out--they give you up to a year to use it.  When I was ready to book, they told me about a balance I had to pay--which was not true because I logged onto my account on their website-- 4funvactation.com and it said I have a $0.00 balance.  They lied to me about my balance and wanted me to pay $400 more.  I was agreeing, then they didn't have the dates available and wanted me to upgrade my cabin because they didn't have the normal rooms available for my cruise package.  I didn't want to pay for an upgrade, so ended up paying to extend my package.    Then, I started getting harassing phone calls that my cruise was going to expire.  I called to inquire about this and they were rude saying I had to book it or I'm going to lose my vacation.  I knew I had extended my package, and literally had to prove it to them that I paid for an extension, by logging into my online banking and giving the exact date and amount I paid.  Then, rudely, the agent said, you have an x amount of time to book the vacation.  Clearly, after arguing, the agent realized I was right and still was not offered an apology.  I spent a month or so trying to file a complaint, and didn't not receive any reply from the company.  I filed a complaint in July and now it's October.  So I called to follow up on it, and the agent said, action was taken against the agent, but my vacation won't be refunded.  I have no desire to go on the cruise because of they do not care at all about their customers--they just care about making money.  To this day, the company has not apologized to me for their agents' treatment with harassing phone calls to book my vacation.  I do not recommend this company because their customer service is appalling.
