Caribbean Cruise Lines Unfulfilled promises Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Back in May 2011 my daughter "won" a Caribbean Cruise certificate. Now she wanted Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa to travel with her. I could called and/or log in to Bahama Celebration Cruise Lines and book two cabins. However, I did a big mistake. I called the "middle man" in this business Caribbean Cruise Line. It is just and intermediary only interested in win a percentage in sales. I was promised  a low fare by couple, a smooth check in and overall not problem to book all the tree family reservation the same day. Today i spent 3 hours fighting to get the promises fulfilled. I only got a strong head ache after I was denied to book in the same date and keeping the same prices. All that they wanted was supplemental payment they called "upgrade" that I understand is the way the famous certificate operates. Three of the vacation planners hung up. My daughter and I received nasty treatment by Shavan the reservation supervisor.

The only good thing I found in that company was one of the customer service representatives (Charlotte) that finally refunded the money for the last two reservations. By the way the other customer service representative that first spoke (Toavarian) did the same 99% of them do - roll the call until it is finally hung up. SOS and God help us if this is the type of company, we Floridians rely on!
