CarMax Charging me for repairs not done Laurel Maryland

On August 17, 2018 I took my car to CarMax for repairs.had  I paid the warranty deductible of $250.00 each time only to find out that the work had not been done. They charged an extra $100 to replace a headlight on to find out that evening that it had not been replaced; after they kept my car for 1 week.  They also said they replaced my left window regulator only to have me return there again on 9-11-2018  to have the same  window regulator replaced again for another warranty deductible of $250.00 and they charged the Warranty company again also.
