Carpenter Contracting Patrick Carpenter Patrick Carpenter came to our home for an extimate, gave us a "Really good deal" took our $500 deposit, "to see if we were serious." He and his "wife" said they were liscensed and would not answer o Dallas County, Garland, Tx, Texas

This individual making this bogus report is the boyfriend of the previous reporter Khris Widner, we never had any business dealings with this individual at all.

With regards to our licensing it is avaliable upon request to anyone that would hire us that wishes to see it. Furthermore it is avaliable in the public records, building division in Dallas and Collin counties, under Carpenter Contracting L.L.C.

With regards to the work we did over 900.00 dollars worth of work including 150.00 worth of specalized materials which were delivered and not paid for.  Again this is all in the report Khris Widner filed as this is a bogus complaint, attempting to slander our good reputation.

"  We did get a signed reciept along with the estimate report.  However, I don't know if this helps our case any."

   That helps your case a lot.   The cheapest and easiest way to get your money back would be to file against him in small claims court.   The cost is minimal and you don't need a lawyer.

   You could also find out who licenses contractors in your state and report your experience there.
