I have information regarding Patrick Carpenter with Carpenter Contracting LLC...

1) His full name is Patrick Andrew Carpenter. He goes by Andy in his personal life. 

2) He was adopted. His parents are Mike and Barb Carpenter of the Sachse Area.

3) He used to live at 905 Melissa in Garland. This was a rent house that was owned by his father. He now lives on Pearce St. in McKinney with his wife, her 10-12 year old son, and their baby girl. 

4) He's been arrested NUMEROUS times. I've found records of jail time in Collin and Kaufman Counties...just to name a few. 

5) He went to Naaman Forest High School in Garland , and graduated from Dallas Baptist University. 

6) He was a student teacher for a year at a Wylie Middle School. (Terrifying to think that he was around some of our kids!)

7) He lives off of his parents... Uses their credit cards for everything. 

8) Boasts that he's a Christian man...could not be further from the truth!

If anyone is prosecuting him, please let me know! I'd love to "join in" to bring this guy down and have him held accountable for his actions! If I find anymore info, I'll post it.

If you want to share info that will lead to the real "Patrick Carpenter" you can go to yelp.  It has review of Patrick/Carpenter Contracting as well.  In addition, you can email each other via yelp.  I have found some interesting info on the guy and hope we can get a class action lawsuit, or at least put or brains together to figure out the best course of action.  We must put an end to his scamming.  I was only hit for $50 but I am worried about other victims.  And it is the principle!

Kathy and Ray hired us and contracted us to build them a 150 linear foot fence with steal posts and a three teared crown, comprable to the house which was two doors down. We were told at the beginning that the house was owned by them, only to find out later that the house was owned by the sister.

After the two sisters began to fight on multiple occasions, we ended up rebuilding the fence three different times, without addidtional charge. Anybody with a small business knows that is a huge labor cost hit.  I was requesting to be paid for the additional labor.  Also we skillfully removed a 50 foot high 40 inch diameter tree, in between two houses with only a 2 foot clearence between the tree and the house, with no damage to either house. We painted the entire house two tone including rebuilding the rotten shed and adding trim and painting it so that it would match the house.

After doing all of this work, Kathy and Ray asked us to leave, we do not know the reasons why they asked us to do so but I suspect it may have something to do with the fact that her sister sexually harassed several of my associates on several different occasions while they were building.

Furthermore the fence we built is still up in her yard, untouched by any other contractors, and the work is featured on our website. Many of the things in her post are just plain lies.

The same thing is happening to me right now and I too am running into his shady business practice. I wish I had seen these posts before hiring him. This man does not want to be found. He is using a PO Box as his primary address. I called the State Comptroller's Office to find out the Registered Agent for the LLC (he claims it is on his website). The only listing they have is for a company with the Address in Austin. He is using another company to act as the agent for his company. They are called United States Corporation Agents, Inc. I've also done a WhoIs lookup on his domain name and again, he is using a 3rd party to hide his information to the public. This is odd to put so many layers to hide behind for someone who claims to have so much integrity and being a Christian (he said this to me on the phone.)   If you find a legal address for Patrick, please post it on here.  I will do the same if I find it.  Good luck!

 To no avail this contracting company will not give us a address other than a post office box. You can not serve a post office box. This is going to be very castly for us to hire a private decetive to find him but worth the results. I have pictures of all this he has done to my home and will be glad to share them with you before you consider hiring them for anything.
