carports unlimited of texas James Oscar Dampier, Jr Does not show up when promised, says he will come repair leaks but after many calls 1 1/2 yrs gave up. deer park, Texas

James does not show up for appointments when he says he will.  Finally carport installed, he mismeasured  one foot short, leaving a non repaired hole in our siding.  No offer of any type of refund for a shorter carport cover.

He promised to fix any leaks, said "no problem".  After trying to get him to come out and fix leaks for over a year with promises to come out, he finally said.  "look at your contract, it says not guaranteed for leaks". 

It does say that, but his promises are worthless. A person wanted to know who put the carport up as he was interested in one like mine.  Due to my bad experience, I refused to give the contact name.  Do your customers dirty and you pay for it by losing out on referral business.
