I authorized a $2.95 charge to check on a VIN number.  The search returned no information. That was January 18, 2012. I received an email with my account details the same day, but no functioning return email and no contact email on the site.

I tried to contact the site thru email to complain that it was a waste of my money, and was going to leave it at that.

The $2.95 charge appeared on my account the next day, January 19, 2012.  When I checked my account balance this morning, January 23, 2012, I found an unauthorized charge of $29.95!  That charge was dated January 21, 2012 and you better believe I am getting my bank to stop it in the morning!

They sent me a death threat

This is a letter I received from one of their employees today:

nah.. you don't know me.. but i know who you are.. i have all your informations.. your name.. your address.. your card number and the cvv as well.. you know what? f**k you too! and you can't get away from me.. i will charge your account as much as i want.. so you f****ing ***tard show me some respect ok? don't mess up with me.. niggas will kill you.. i

Also as far as the comment from relations@carvinreport.com 

I find it strange that he says that they "assume"..that you would want to continue with their service.Well they ASSUME wrong!!! What other company assumes that after you buy something from them that you want more and then charges you for it without your permission.
