A hotmail account? Really? Plus, if it weren't a scam (which it clearly is), it's a civil matter, not a criminal one. No one can arrest you over this.

Being there was never a deposit made to my account, and fees seemed to continue, I requested cancellation and a return of the amount paid for fees collected.
