I received an e-mail from an online company called Cash Grant, which offered a package of materials that would be used to find a government-financed grant for the user. I subscribed to this company, $28.90 was immediately taken off of my visa account. Weeks and finally months went by, and I still have not received the package. I have attempted to make contact with this company, but their contact numbers look made-up to me. They gave me the following contact information:

I thought that it seemed suspicious that their web sites were at something called e-mail addresses 4 sale, but since I never got any reply from the company I did not know what to do. I also received an e-mail at the time of my subscription telling me to go to this site: http://www.webpagebiz.com/free/Richmond/work/index.html , but this site was no help either. Please help me get my money back. It's not so much that I lost $29 on a scam, but that it makes me so angry that he did this to me. One final bit of information that may be useful to you is what they sent me as far as my account goes, which is as follows:

Transaction Number: 000A2447
User Name: 23027D8B
Password: 7F921DDF
Subscription Date: Sep 5, 2000
Expiration Date: Mar 4, 2001

Thanks for your help.
