cash net marketing Has called me twice saying im facing 6 years in federal prison for 3 different kinds of fraud Internet

this man called me saying he was a deputy attorny. He ran through his name and credentials so fast i had to ask him again what he said. When i did he told me that it wasnt important and that i needed to take some information down. And so i did. The case number and what he was charging me with. Then told me that i needed a good lawyer because they had 7 they were going to prosocute me with. He said i needed to contact him within 24 hours with what i wanted to do. Go to court or set up a payment plan. So i told him he would hear from my lawyer.
I did call back wanting them to send me and my lawyer a copy of what i was being charged with and there credentials. I was told that i could not get a copy but if i gave him my lawyers information that one could be sent to him. At that point i hung up the phone. My lawyer and i tried to find these people to press charges for malpractice of prosedure but was unable to find them anywhere. For three days i prepared myself to go to court and now i know better. i hope something is done about these people.
