individual left two different voice mails claiming to be someone else by a different name. Had indian accent. called himself investigater Jim Marshall on first message and investigator John Smith on second voice mail of different phone number. This does not sound like the name of someone with indian accent. Was very rude and threatening stating I owe them over $700 and demanded a $200 payment immediately or would be facing legal action. I am guilty of obtaining internet loans I admit but I did not know what I was getting myself into. Am sick and tired of these threatening phone calls. Tried to call his bluff but he got very rude and threatened to file court papers. Told him I have already paid someone claiming to represent them and he stated they are a scam. Asked me to email or fax to him a promise to pay certain amounts on certain dates. I refuse to be bullied by these people any more. I am not paying anyone else until I contact a lawyer. Have already paid out hundreds of dollars only to find that the money is not going to who I owe it to. If I go to jail then I go to jail. I have been scammed!!!
