Castle Payday I applied for a loan and i was told my fianance fees would be $245.00 and the total loan to pay off would be $945.00. Instead I am a large finance fee every two weeks with out being notified that my pricipal balance has not been paid. These people have my bank account info and are stealing my money! I am a sigle mom. I borrowed $700 from Castle Payday advertised by money mutual on TV. I was told that my payoff amount would be $945 which included a finance fee of $245.00. The first payment came out of my checking account fro $245.00. Two weeks later I got an email stating that another loan payment was due in the amount of $245.00. I opened my castle payday account and it showed that the finance charge is $245.00. I assumed that it had already been paid. Come to find out after talking to customer service at Castle Payday, the finance fee is charged every two weeks and the principal has not been paid at all! I have to call Castle Payday to add addtional funds in order to pay off my pricipal. This is absolutlely ridiculous. I have paid $490.00 in finance fees! And my principal total is still $700! BS!

But they can get away with it. You need to pay the entire loan off before the 1st payment to only pay that fee. Did you not even notice the annual percentage rate is close to 1000%?  Sadly it is somehow legal for them to do this so you are stuck. Pay it off ASAP and lesson learned.
