CCA They withdrew money, and where not suppose too, and wouldn't put it back Las Vegas Nevada

CCA, it is a credit card catolog company that preys on people with poor credit. I decided to check them out. I cancelled with in the 3 day time frame that I was suppose to cancel in (so they don't charge my account). Well Since I have recieved nothing from them, I assumed that it was all okay, but a few months later, they deducted 300 dollars from my checking account. I called my bank, my bank said they do not have any location information on this company, but gave me their number. I called CCA, and asked that they put my money back into my account, they said they couldn't do it, but told me that their legal department would contact me with in 24 to 48 hours. I did not recieve contact from them, so I then filed a dispute with my bank. Because I was 300 dollars short in my account, I was forced to take out a couple of payday loans to pay my morgage. My bank gave my the money back, but it was several days later. So now, I am stuck paying lots of maney in payday loans, trying to get caught back up. 300 dollars doesn't sound like much, but it is when you have too keep a close eye on your account. Not to mention all the stress all of this put me through. I wish their where some way they could repay all of this, not only the stress, but the loans I am currently paying on because of it. I am sure that if they could, they wouldn't be making so many "mistakes."
