CCNow.com collected signup fees then deactivated us and refused a refund Eden Prairie Minnesota

CCNow advertises what appears to be a great transaction processing service similar to PayPal. Our company registered and paid their signup fees. Our product was accepted by their "review" staff and our listing was activated. A day later, after we went to the expense of changing our website to use the CCNow shopping cart instead of our old one, we received an email stating that our account has been deactivated and closed. They sent emails to our customers who purchased via their shopping cart stating that our product is unacceptable to them, thereby disparaging our reputation as a company.

They have refused to give any details and refuse to refund the fees that we paid. Our attorney carefully reviewed their product/company acceptance guidelines and terms & conditions and concluded that we fit their criteria beyond any shadow of a doubt. I've tried to get a contact name within their legal department and/or contact information for their attorney so that ours can call them to discuss this, but all they will give out is their main mailing address. I

t's starting to become clear that this is probably a small home-based ripoff operation that is out to collect merchant fees without providing any level of service. Avoid using CCNow at all costs. They are an unprofessional and probably home-based scam operation.
