I placed two previous orders for cigarettes in September and November and got the orders promptly.


Then, BAM, on 12/9/09, they swept my checking account for 200., sent shipping confirmation and no cigarettes arrived.


Site states they are unable to accept or fulfill orders and working to correct asap.  Telephone has some message.


Based on other reports looks like I didn't get nailed as bad as others, but this sucks.


I called my bank, but no recourse as they can't reverse transaction.


I am going to contact KY state attorney and consumer protection agency to file complaint.  I suggest others do as well.
