Placed order 12/02/09...check cashed and cleared.
Received email a few days later that product was not in stock.
Never received order.
Web site is down.
800 number is not working.
I have done business with this business in the past without problems, however, there is definately a problem now.
I have seen another complaint for the same time period here.

I hardly think they were told by the government they are not allowed to refund $$. The question is how can we effectively file to get our $$ back.  And I don't think banks are willing to work with this payment if it was a CHECK.

I tracked the owner down at her home. The company was raided by the government. They don't know what's going to happen but they aren't allowed to refund our money.
