CDEARTH tHEY RIPPED MONEY FROM MY BANKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING ME ABOUT IT, IF SOMEONE REMOVES MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING YOU THAT THEY ARE DOING SO,TO ME THAT IS STEALING. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CONTACT ADDRESS OTHER THAN ABOVE Nationwide

    I would like to make people aware of this company and the way it conns you into believing that you are receiving something for FREE, I got caught and CDEARTH will not return any emails sent to them, so I am also going to seek legal help regarding the way that these CDERATH people take monies from private accounts.

   When I first read the offer that was sent to me in my email , I read it andit sounded as though the company was on the up and up not a shoddy fly by nighter, they offered to send you 4 free cd's , all you had to do was pay AUD$5:75 for freight nothing more would be charged to you.

    On receiving the first 4 Cd's CDEARTH stated in a covering letter that they would send you 4 Cd's each month and that they would charge you AUD$14:95 for each CD, when I read this catch I imediatly sent CDEARTH an email cancelling all dalings with them as the CD's were not what I expected them to be as you had to register them with CDEARTH at a cost of between AUD$15:00 and AUD$25:75, so in reality the CD's were not FREE as they claimed, I realized that it was jst a rip off.

     I only ever received one (1) satchel containing the inital CD's that were suposed to have been FREE, but they wern't as you have to pay for the unlocking key, they allow you to play them for a few days for free, but alas eventually you have to pay for the unlocking codes if you want to keep using the CD's. I emailed them and I received an Email back confirming that I was taken off their mailing list, so I thought that, that would have been the end of the matter, but on cecking my bank account details I found that this company that calles itself CDEARTH reused my Credit Card details, that they askedfor to pay the first postage with.

    I have sent 5 Emails to CDEARTH and they will not respond to any of the Emails, I was advisd by my Solicitor to seek Police help with the matter, because the oney was taken out of my account without my authority!!!
