I am yet another who has fallen for the scams of these operators. They advertise that they will send you software free provided you supply your CC details to cover postage. Then when the poor quality product arrives a letter is enclosed informing you that they will deduct $US60.00 off your credit card unless you return them within 25days. So, at the very least you've had to meet postage both ways for a product you simply would not buy given it's quality. Does these people not realise that [A] Entrapment is HIGHLY illegal and [B] deducting money from your CC without your permission is also a crime demanding criminal proceedings take place. And to top it off they go on to state they will continue to send you and bill you for more dodgy product with or without your permission. The scoundrels belong behind bars !!!!
They also by way of the letter inform you that you can contact them if you're not happy, but go visit their site and you'll soon find they're uncontactable
