I bought two cellulars in june/2008 and recieved an e-mail that the order was in back-order.

After about a month it was still in back-order so I cancelled becaused they where for a gift and it was already late.

I then received a e-mail that on my next bank statement I would recieve my refund and this never happened. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at customer service but no one answers the phone or e-mails at its been almost six months now.

I went to my bank but nothing could be done because I waited to long to file a complaint.
