Bait and Lie

CellularChoices.net offers a rebate program called' "Customer Loyalty Rebate". Where if you sign up for cellular service and keep it for 6 months minimum you will be refunded the cost of the phone.

In my case it was with Cingular wireless for a Motorola Razr phone that I paid $200.00. After I made it to 6 months I promptly submitted the rebate forms along with receipt copies and UPC labels they required.

After the 6-8 week processing time they told me I didn't provide my address and phone number and after providing it they mentioned it would take another 6-8 weeks. After waiting for this period they said they mailed the check allow 7 - 10 days for the mailed check. After that time I never received the check and after notifying them of not receiving the check, they said it would take another 6-8 weeks. They are obviously trying to wear me down in hope I would forget. They have no intention of paying this off.

Buyers beware, this offer looked straight forward and is set up for you to make it hard to get a refund through the Credit card you used due to the delay tactics they have deviced to delay the obvious.
