Cellularchoices.net cellularchoices ripoff internet

There was a promotion on line to buy a new cellular phone with rebates (2). I purchased the phone, paid my bill for 6 months, and sent in the rebate forms (2) with all info they asked for. Mailed them to the company to 2 different dept and was told by the US Postal service that both were recieved on the same day. I was only sent 1 check and was given the biggest run around. Their people are very incompetent, said I did not comply with the details of the rebate and was not getting any checks. I told them they did not know what they were talking about as they already sent me 1 check- I was asking about the other. I never did recieve the other check to this date.
