I Purchased 2 Motorola RAZR V3 phones for Cellular Choices and was led to believe that I would receive a rebate of the full amount $500. I filled out the 4 rebate forms, attached the UPC from boxes, copied reciepts, Waited the required billing cycles, etc. I read the fine print and complied with the incredably complex rebate contract.

Well it turns out after 8 Months -no rebates. and on line it says i did not comply with filing dates. Cellphonerebates.com Ha. Well if you are waiting for a rebate you will not get it. So if you are in time and charged it on your credit card , call your credit card company and tell them that the IPI*Wireless charge is a fraud. Get you money back if you can.
