Capital portfolio collection agency I believe is nationwide. They called me this morning before 9am, which is washington state law illegal. I called back cause I was awoke by the call and he answered very quickly and  I wasn't able to understand him. Three times I asked him to repeat himself and the identity of the company and he was snotty! Like a child, saying,"i don't have too. What's your phone number so I can pull you up." I said do you know what time it is? its illegal to call people before 9am. He said," I don't give a f*** what's your phone number. " I told him , that I'm not giving him s***! And hung up on him and laid back down. A few seconds later, I decided to call the number back. Three times I called n these ppl spoke so fast it took that long to make out the name of their company. Ive had this number for three years but use my cell phone when my house phone broke a year ago. I just hooked up a new phone last month and have been getn non stop calls for people that I don't even know. I don't even know if this call was for me. And I don't care.
