Certified IRS Solutions Id like to file a group lawsuit. I had Spence Carlson electronically withdraw payments from my bank for 3 months, he screwed up and kept taking $ out of my account for several months messing up my bank account. After waiting 1 1/2 years I told Spence this was taking too long, we needed to make a deal w/ the IRS like he said. He didnt answer my calls after that 3/08. Riverside Texas

I agreed for Spence Carlson with Certified IRS Solutions to electronically withdraw payments for his services for 3 months from my bank account. He screwed up and kept withdrawing money for several additional months.
After 1 1/2 years I told Spence that this was taking too long and we needed to make a deal with the IRS like he said.
He never returned my calls after that 3/08.
I would be very interested in pursuing a class action suit for my $3,500 back and some.
He not only messed up my bank account , but my back tax issues with the IRS.
He also has all my personal information.
