Certified IRS Solutions Took my money and ran. The Woodlands Texas

I retained the services or Certified IRS solutions on or about November 2007, and they were suppose to let me amke monthly payments to them for thier services. In about February 2007, they informed me that they could no onger do anything unless they had all the monies owed to them. I went to a local finance company and borrowed the money at a very high interest rate. I paid them In Approximately June 2007, I discovered that Certified Irs Solutions went out of business and my money was jsut gone. I called several people including the Texas Attorney Generals office and was told that I could not do anything to Certified IRS solutions or Mr Carlton, except file a report with them, which I did. They said there was no way to get any of my money back. I paid these people almost $4000.00. In my opinion they are legal thieves. If anyone wnats to file a class action suit I will be glad to sign in with it. Why is our government letting this happen, is this not fraud? Again if anyone finds a lwyer that will file a class action suit please let me know. thx

P.S., I wrote several letters to the IRS and th e President of the United States, but they are ignored I am sure.
