I too have been lied to by CERTIFIED IRS SOLUTIONS. I paid them $2800 and now they have closed their doors. I had sent my papers in and was hoping to finally get something resolved from the IRS after this company had delayed things for almost 2 years.
What can we do now? Should I hire another company and pay more $ to start over? Should I contact the IRS direct? I not only do not have my money or any help from Certified IRS Solutions.
I plan to also file charges in this case and check with the authorities (law board) in TX as well.
Dan Lott and Spence Carlson flat out lied to me and took my money and ran. This is a crime and I hope they get the punishment they deserve. Sad!

I found out that a report should be filed to the TX Attorney Generals Office. I have the link below and you can do so via email or fax or in writing. I have already submitted my complaint and if we all send one it will hopefully draw attention to these people. I doubt we ever see our money back but I am sick of people preying on those whom have trusted them.

I called the IRS yesterday and they told me to re submit my paperwork to them direct (unfortunately I have to pay the $150.00) filing fee again. I have all documantation and will make sure it is current as well.
The lady (very nice) I spoke to suggested we all ban together and file a class action suit against these people. Also she suggested filing a report with the Atty Generals office.
