I received a charge of $US 6 on my card, the purchase was never authorized. I called Chase and talked with two people. They asked me to call back on Monday saying that the department that dealswith it was closed during weekends. This is illegal and clearly a scam. Imagine charging this fee to millions of users! Plus,if you don't complain they keep charging monthly fees every month. I will call back on Monday but I hear it is a pain to get them to cancel it. I think we should all report Chase to BBB.
