Chase Bank Denied request to lower credit card interest rate without giving any reasonable reason. Wilmington Delaware

I have been with Chase- Mileage Plus United credit card for over 20 years and have always paid my credit card payments on time over the 20 years.  Still, they continuously deny my requests to lower my credit card interest rate.  They are charging 20.99% interest and have made a lot of money off of interest off of me.  They have not been supportive of their loyal customers and have refused to lower my interest rate - saying that there is no other rate available to me at this time.  What a bunch of crock!  The large banks were bailed out by the federal government and the responsibility of these banks should be to help their customers who are trying to get rid of their debts!

 Chase Bank is a good example of a major bank that enjoys ripping off its loyal customers!  Never deal with Chase!  They will only rip you off!!!
