Chase continually has called me at work for months and for months I told them to not call me at work. I wrote them telling them not to call me at work. Plus, they called my parents, my brother, my ex-wife, and my neighbors. On 11/04/2008 everything came to a head. While in a meeting they called 3 times in 2 hours. Upon getting out of the meeting I called them and asked them to quit calling my work once again.

I had just sent them $2600.00 on 10/29/2008. When I hung up the phone my boss called me into her office and fired me because of the continued collections calls from Chase. When I got home at about 5:30pm the phone was ringing guess who? Chase. They called my home a total of 4 times. I spoke to them 3 times from home. I informed them of getting me fired and the representive gave me to a supervisor who was nasty and said it was not their fault. Great!

I am losing my home which I was only 19 days late on the payment for October as of 11/04/2008. I am losing my car, I am losing everything because I am un-employed. Thank you Chase. What do you do now. I have called a couple of attorney's but they are not interested in the case because it is not fast easy money. So consumer protect it crap. Plus, I need a home now not in two years when this gets to court if I could raise enough money to get some to represent me.

I complained to the FTC and I guess the will slap Chase on the hand and tell them naughty, naughty, do not get caught next time. $700 billion so the banks can hire more employees to forclose on your home faster and resale it and double their money. They get paid off by the tax payer and get to keep the property and sale it and make more over and above. I am upset.

Look up Prepaid Legal on the internet. You pay $26 and have a host of options to help you. I've got my own issues w/Chase that I'm trying to work through.

Good Luck.
