Chase Relocation After informing Felipe numerous times that I would not be using them, I recieved an e-mail to stop contacting them and was then hung up on when attempting to report such behavior to management. Internet

Posting my name does not intimidate me.  Those who speak truth are not scared off by the likes of the unrighteous!

First of all,this is just silly.
Let's lay THINGS OUT CLEARLY so you an follow along maame.

YOU sent in a request for our rate for this move on:
07/20/09 05:14:23 PM (that is copied RIGHT from the request).

So, already you seem to either be 1)wrong or 2) Lying.
See, you start claiming you emailed us on June 26th.
You DIDN'T.
See, I like FACTS, SO I will be factual.

That same day, Felipe quoted you.On July 28th
he emailed (and left you 1 voicemail) "following up"
to see if you had update or chages (or frankly, to cover anything on the move).

He got no response.No emails, no phonecalls from you.

Now, you said "I received 3 addtional emails from Felipe...".
(you did not). You also said "..these emails were ALL asking for
confirmation that I'd be using there company...".

(It DID NOT, he SENT you 1 email ,which was the SAME EXACT email
you requested 3 days prior-which is the PRICE! IT INCLUDES the cost,
the list of items being moved and all our details-NOTHING about
asking for your payment).


Now,OBVIOUSLY YOU MISS the most important and ridiculous detail.
July 31st-you suddenly email Felipe saying

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!! These constant emails are killing me!"
and then....oddly....
you thank him for the price and say the estimate is too high(you recieved $595)
and that you'll use that OTHER COMPANY.

Well, first of all-your email INTRODUCTION is the RUDEST thing I have ever read.
Let's re-cap,(so you know why).
1) Felipe called you twice.he spoke with you once, and left you a voicemail the second time.
2) Felipe emailed you the day he recived the request(a list), the rate(after he spoke with you)-and one more email to "follow-up".
3 You write a NASTY EMAIL,then attack him, by saying he is "killing you" with emails,and that you have chosen someone else.This was on July 31st..
4) July 31st-you send the same exact email.Except this time, felipe hasn't sent you anything.No calls,no emails, he'd already deleted the file and moved on.
5)He replies august 3rd-after receiving your email...AGAIN!!!
and replies with "Denise I am sorry to tell you that I have taken you off the call and email list last week.Please stop attacking me through email, you are NOT receving any emails/calls from me"

But DENISE altered the email and turned it on Felipe.
Now, what DENISE (likely) doesn't relaize is that she submitted a request to
about 10 companies-and they WILL ALL email and call her over and over.
JUST by the facts, it would seem DENISE was confused and took it out (violently) on Felipe.Felipe handles the whole thing politely is the funny thing,
but DENISE seems to be on a wild crusade, and kept on attacking the guy!
LASTLY-the whole great email she sent at the end-FELIPE NEVER got that, no one ever got that, DENISE-YOUR FABRICATING HALF OF WHAT YOU SAID.
This is called SLANDER.You can be sued for this type of assualt and critique on an innocent person.So,please-do your research.WE NEVER ATTACKED you.We gave you the rate you needed, and you MISTAKINGLY thought Felipe was "bombarding" you with emails and calls, and wrote him some NASTY emails.
And, we have 2 MANAGERS-Joseph and Bill. There is no Mike!
And neither one of those 2 managers spoke with you, and if they did-they would never have hung up! SO YES-WE are callnig you absouley untruthful.
ANY FOOL can write up an email and post it on here.
And we're takin this nicely, but this is beyond ridiculous, and I think you need to get your act together and make sure your talking about the right company!

We can prove you wrong BY:posting calls records to SHOW you never called, and emails-we'd love to prove it (we can)..as you are obviously mistaken!
So DENISE(OR "EARTHCHILD)-we will still extend the same rate to you, but want to make sure you DON'T HARASS us anymore or continue on with your FALSE STORIES.
