I booked a cruise with cheapcruises.com. We were supposed to get $50 in on board credits. They got my email address wrong and it took a while before I finally got the invoice. I paid for the cruise when I booked it so the invoice was, I thought, a formality.

After several phone calls I got the email problem straightened out but when I finally got the invoice, they informed me that I wouldn't be able to get the on board credit because I hadn't filled out some form in time. No one said anything about either filling out a form or some sort of deadline to get the on board credit.

When I complained to thier customer service they offered a $50 credit on my next booking with them. There will be no further booking with them.
