I saw a advertistment online for cruises saying no depost required (found out later only for cruise that were 5 days or longer) and made reservations for two rooms.  Less then 24 hours I tried to cancel the trip and when I finally got through to the agent they put me on hold and said they needed to call the cruise line and told me sorry the cruise line dosn't allow refunds on special holiday bookings. 

I then called Carnival Cruise lines and they said I would have to deal with cheapcruises and that they would NOT be any charges on there part so I called cheapcrusises back and asked them who they talked to because they claimed they called the cruise line (which was a lie)  

I lost nearly 250 dollars in fees and would say they made a killing for someone booking a cruise on line and then canceling it in less then 12 hours later.  I will never use cheapcruises again and would sugest others not to either.
