I got not one but two of scam charges from Google Profits.  I called the Chevy Chase Bank to dispute the charges, and they said they would investigate, and about a week letter, I got a letter from them that their investigation said the charges were valid because I should have canceled my account with Goggle Profits.  So they chose to get in bed with a scam company instead of protecting a customer.  Come to find out, when I checked up on Chevy Chase on the BBB site, they have an F rating and never respond to any of the complaints against them!!  Do not bank here, and always check out a bank's reputation on BBB before opening an account there.  I am out $150 because of Chevy Chase Bank's incompetence and disregard and will file a complaint with the BBB and FTC too.

If the Google Profits charges are truly fraudulent, it is a shame the bank won't help or give any recourse..but it is not their fault per say this happened. You should be reporting google profits if you did not already.

Now with that said...those fraudulent charges that the bank is refusing to help you with..could have triggered an avalanche of overdraft fees had those charges caused overdrafts..and trust me, it would have cost you a lot more the $150.00..and the bank in a nutshell would have told you to go to hell. Think they care about you..or their "F" rating?? Apparently not.

Go to the search up on the top right corner of this page..and search some reports about these banks..Bank of America, Wachovia, Wells Fargo etc.. you will be astounded.
