Chrysler Financial ripoff Culver City California

I made the mistake of Buying a car thru Power Dodge of Valencia, Ca. I made initial contact over the internet. I was promised that I would get a good deal. I spoke with someone over the phone initially.

Then we drover to Power Dodge of Valencia. We haggled tooth and nail. We were told that my husband's credit rating was bad. We were quoted a % of 10.4. We were crazy enough to go with that.
There were adjustments made and our % went down to the 9's range.

Included in my purchase deal was the Gap INsurance. It cost $599. I cancelled the gap insurance and they took it off my payment instead of crediting it to the principle. failed to respond to.

I spoke with a 2nd line supervisor named Tina Barrett. She pointed out that Chrysler Financial did not give me the proper credit and owes me $599 and $79.10. She said she requested to have it overnighted to me. IN that event, it would get to me in 4 days.

When I called back to see why I did not receive anything, another supervisor said that all they owe me is $79.10. I have not received that either. They said that I will receive money after 21 days.

They were paid off for an amount, and Ms.Barrett said that Chrysler owes me money and that I would get my money. They are in Detroit which is another state than which I live in.

They are deceitful, and they reported to me that money is owed me. They need to pay me back what they owe even if it ended up only being $79.10.
