This company charge my credit card for $79.95 for a credit report that I did not order. When I tried to contact them, of course the phone number did not work. I was looking for a credit report company and this one came on my screen, so I clicked to it, but I cancelled and got out of the site when I saw that it was a huge charge, where other companies charged far less.

I forgot about it until my credit card bill came and there they were on my bill with their unauthorized charge. This should be stopped. It is not right for companies like this to rip people off and make us leary of trusting others. I feel very violated. If you can catch their charge within a reasonable time, your credit card company may take the charge off as mine did.

Thank goodness they were so nice. When I told them I had tried to call the company but could never connect to the number and that I had read all these rip-off report about this company, they were super nice and are taking the charge off my bill. They are also sending me a new credit card, just in case they try to bill my old account it is now closed. Such a shame that good honest people have to go through so much trouble to clean up after these dishonest companies.
